Overcoming Voice, LLC is an organization that has been created with love, grace, mercy, and faith as its’ foundation. People working for this organization bring light to those living in darkness, expose the evils of human trafficking, set captives free from the bondage of slavery and death, bind up the wounds of the brokenhearted, empower people to find and use their voice to bring positive changes in the world, protect any and all who are vulnerable to the trappings of human trafficking, and support survivors, their families, and their communities along the journey of healing and wholeness.
Community Focused Mission Statement:
Partnering with advocates, professionals, and organizations to educate local communities, develop tools, training materials, and present at conferences to raise awareness on how to fight human trafficking.
Survivor Focused Mission Statement:
Partnering with survivors of trafficking, abuse, and other traumatic experiences to overcome adversities by helping them embrace healing and teaching them how to express their unique voice fearlessly.
Our Foundation
From the moment I first saw the horrors of human trafficking unfold, I knew what I had to do: create a world where it didn’t exist. This vision fuels everything we do here, our three-pronged approach aimed at dismantling this evil both locally and internationally.
First, I believe everyone has the power to fight this fight. That’s why we develop easy-to-use training programs, software, and tools. Imagine professionals like you, equipped with the right knowledge and tools, confidently preventing and even abolishing trafficking within your own communities. Powerful, right?
Second, I know we can’t do this alone. Collaboration is key. That’s why we partner with professionals around the world, sharing strategies, offering consultations, and even providing expert testimony. Together, we strategically cut off the supply and demand for human trafficking at its source, on a global scale.
But the fight doesn’t end there. Survivors deserve to heal, find their voice, and thrive. Through our programs, we equip them with the tools they need to overcome their past, express themselves fearlessly, and even become powerful advocates for change. They inspire me every day.
My background in psychology, coupled with years of experience, allows me to create training programs that resonate deeply and drive real change. But I’m not just a leader; I’m an advocate, fueled by passion and driven by the hope that together, we can build a brighter future, free from human trafficking.
